Concurrent licenses count the users working at the same time. Personal licenses count the total number of users in the system.
If 100 users are registered and 25 work at the same time, 25 concurrent licenses or 100 personal licenses are required.
Documents, attachments, design elements, user settings and system settings are stored in NSF. SQL is used for supporting data, ETL, logs and analytics.
MongoDB can be used for document history, and file storage for large files. Both options are optional.
Yes. Access to a document can be set by user, position, group, organizational unit, privilege or policy.
Supported permissions include reading and editing, reading with editing restricted to the author, read-only access and denied access.
Client and partner requests are handled through the technical support portal. Training, consultations and instructional videos are also available.
Installation and updates run automatically using an installer. Manual updates are also available, allowing you to choose which system elements to update.
